In this blog I will provide some background as to why we can provide you with great service and why we’ve decided to go out on our own.

 

Carl-Magnus and Tarja have now made a concious decision to focus on an own business to help your business prosper. At the end of the 90’s the situation was different: Carl-Magnus downshifted at work to be present in our youth’s lives. Now 2 out of 3 have moved out. All 3 have by now achieved full proficiency at a musical instrument, academic standards high enough to get to a university of their choise, fluency in 3 or more languages and reaching a worldclass level in their own selected sports. In the Scandinavian countries, and outside, the name Cedercreutz is well known in Freestyle, 49er skiffsailing and Floorball. Carl-Magnus’ encouragement and vision has helped them set high goals. Tarjas keen eye for detail and peoplereading skill has coaxed the youth into achieving their potential.

 

Now that our youngest turns 18 we have set out to find new challenges together.

 

At the same time Carl-Magnus has worked with manageing Sales, improving Sales Process, Target setting & reporting and Competence Development. He created the Professional Profiling concept for documenting the ”AS IS” state of a salesforce in a way that makes it easy to develop competences for the identified gaps. True to his style it was done with a small core team and a large team of aligned people. NSN provides it’s employees with a possibility to spin-off non-strategic assets. While Professional Profiling isn’t core in NSN’s portfolio, it could very well help many companies struggling with improving motivation and capability of it’s salesforce.
